I first saw this reported on Tech Crunch. I was devastated to hear that 95% of the commerce of Nigeria was affected due to the web crashing. Thankfully the International arm of the United Nations was stepping in to assist the Nigerians in giving away all of the money they have been wanting give to all of the trusting people in the world.
