New pictures of the upcoming horror/action film Legion have appeared online, and I’m all the more excited to see what Paul Bettany can do. Bettany stars as Michael, the movie’s badass: an archangel who voluntarily falls from heaven to save and protect the unborn savior of mankind.
Brief synopsis: After a terrifying biblical apocalypse descends upon the world, the Archangel Michael is the only one standing between mankind and an apocalypse, after God loses faith in humanity. Michael, along with some humans in a diner in the middle of nowhere, has to protect the messiah growing inside one of the diner’s waitress.
Legion appears in theaters January 22, 2010.
