DFWSEM Association Hosts Discussion on ‘’Internet Marketing and the Law'’ Presented by Robert Scott

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Dallas/Fort Worth Search Engine Marketing Association (http://www.dfwsem.org) will host a forum on the topic of “Internet Marketing and the Law” Monday, April 16, 2007 at 6:30 PM at The Renaissance Hotel in Richardson, presented by Robert Scott of Scott and Scott (http://www.scottandscottllp.com).

Robert Scott’s presentation will cover the legal trends and the issues implicated in modern marketing techniques, including internet search optimization and pay-per-click marketing. These issues will include trademark infringement, service mark infringement, anti-cybersquatting, and copyright law. Robert will also discuss recent developments in the case law.
