We reported just a few days ago about Guy Pearce getting on board Hungry Rabbit Jumps alongside January Jones and Nicolas Cage. Now there’s news of former Lost star Harold Perrineau joining the project.
Perrineau, as you may remember, appeared in the first four seasons of the hit ABC show as Michael Dawson. You also saw him in The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions as Link.
In Hungry Rabbit Jumps, Cage will star as a high school chemistry teacher, and Perrineau will be his principal - an ex-cop who finds himself torn between his friend and his duties to society, Empire reports.
I’m a big fan of Pearce and Jones, and Cage can be great. Perrineau certainly has acting chops, so this movie might be one to stick on your calendar. They’re currently filming in New Orleans, but expect a late 2010 release date.
